CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 554
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'l'HE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING THE FINt\L SUBDIVISION M\P OF PABADISE ESm'rES
WHEREAS: The final subdivision map for Paradise Estates Subdivision
has been presented to the City for approval by Pacific Land Projects, applicant
and
WHEREAS: The map has been filed with the City Engineer for presentation
to the City Council of the City of Tiburon for its approval, whicb map is hereby
referred to and incorporated herein, and
WHEREAS: the Planning Commission has examined said map as to its con-
formity to the approved Tentative Map) and
WHEREAS: Subdivider has requested approval of the map prior to the
construction and completion of improvements which are a part of the subdivision
designated in the map, subject further to the approval of the City Engineer of
the final improvement of the plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said final map is approved sub-
ject to the conditions of the Tentative Map and the City accepts the offer of
dedication streets, pedestrian and open space easements, and that the map contain
a clear offer to dedicate Parcel B to the City, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the approval of the final map is OD the
condition that the subdivider first enter into and execute with the City the
subdivision agreement and ~ the requirements thereof, and that the In-lieu
Park and Recreation fees be paid in accordance with Section 14-50 of the City
Code; subject to the subdivider entering into an agreement with the City of
Tiburon. preceding the dedication to the said city, of a floating pedestrian
easement across Parcel A as shown in the final map, not to exceed 20 feet in
width; the location to be determined by the City at such time as it accepts the
dedication.
~SSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of tbe
City of Tiburon held on July 23rd, 1973, by the following vote:
