A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING THE FINAL SUB>> IVIS ION HAP OF
VILLE !-IODEr.m:.
UllEREAS: the final subdivision map for Ville iloderne subdivision has been
presented to the City f04 approval by Marco Radomile, Applicant, and
{mEr~s: the map has been filed with the City Engineer for presentation
to the City Council of the City of Tiburon for its approval, which map is hereby
referred to and incorpo4ated herein, and
tnIEREAS: Subdivider has requested approval of the map prior to the con-
struction and completion of improvements which are a pa4t of the subdivision
desig~ted in the map, and
fmEREAS: On lwy 8, 1973, the Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon
approved the final map.
HOU, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that said final map is approved and the
City accepts the offer of dedication of pedestrian and open space easements, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the approval of the final map is on the
condition that the subdivider first enter into and execute with the City the
subdivision agreement attached hereto and meet the requirements thereof, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the l-wyor of the City of Tiburon is authorized
to execute said subdivision agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on
June 11th
