A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CRE'A TING A ''NO n\RKING ARE'A" ON THE EAST SItE OF .LYFORD
DRIVE BE1WEEN VISTAZO vlEST AND SUGARLClAF DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon as follows:
Section 1. No Parking Area
The following portion of Lyford Drive is hereby defined and established
as a "NO PARKING" area and shall be governed by the provisions of Section 10 of
Ordinance No.5:
The east side of Lyford Drive between Vistazo
West and Sugarloaf Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on June lIth
, 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Becker, Fanning, Sennett
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: 'COUNCILMEN: Littman
