A RESOLUTION OF THE eI'lY COUNCIL OF THE CI'l'Y OF TIBURON
ADOPTING AN RO-lc H\STER PIAN FOR. B\BADISE ES'n\ TES
WHEREAS: Pacific Land Projects has submitted a Master Plan for devel-
opment of 19.3 acres, and
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission has held a public hearing to consider
all arguments made both for and against said proposal; and
WHEREAS: That the detached structures may be exempt from Precise Plan
approval if so specified.
Na-l, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: this Council does hereby approve and
adopt the proposed Master Plan as submitted by Pacific Land Projects, Inc. con-
sisting of Master Plan Map, 4ated .April 16, 1973 and the acccmp&~icg ta.... Shte-
meut dated April 30, 1973 subject to the following conditions:
1. That said Mister Plan is subject to all conditions of the Tefttative
Subdivision Map for the development.
2. That all construction be subject to Site Plan and Architectural
Approval in accordance with Section 11-1 of the Tiburon Zoning Ordinance.
