A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DEFINING AND ES'n\BLISHING A PORTION OF HIIARY DRIVE AS A
STOP INTERSECTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon as follows:
SECTION I. The following portion of . BUoay Drt9& . is hereby
defined as a stop intersection and shall be governed by the provisions of
Section 7.1(a) and 7.l(b) of Ordinance No. 55:
The westbound lane of Hilary Drive, so as to stop traffic
at the Drive~y of 653 Hilary Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of T1buron held on

, 1973, by the following vote:
