RESOLUTION NO. 533
A RESOLUTIon OF THE CITY COUlCIL OF mE CITY OF
TIBURON ADOITING A PRECISE PLAN FOR THE no-2C
DEVELOPMENT KNOlill AS VILLB MODERN!.
WHEREAS: Raphael Soriano has submitted a Precise Plan for the land
of tIerco Radomile;
WHEREAS: said Precise Plan is in conformance tlith the Master Plan
adopted by the City Council and the Planning COIIIDission, and
~mEREAS: the Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon has held a
public hearing to consider all arguments made both for and against said
proposal;
NOO THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission of the
City of Tiburon does hereby recommend adoption of the Precise Plan as drafted
by Rafael Soriano and identified as Exhibit '~" of April 2, 1973, consisting
of Master Plan and Landscape Pian, sections and Final Plans, subject to:
1. The approval and adoption of a Tentative Subdivision Map and the
conditions attached thereto.
PASSED AND ADOITED at a regular meeting of the City Council ot the
City of Tiburon held on
