A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBUR.ON

WHEREAS: Raphael Soriano has submitted a tentative map for the 8ubdiv-
islon known as Ville MPdeme, and
WHEREAS: said map is in compliance with the Master Plan approved b1
the Planning Commission and City Council of the City of Tiburon, and
WHEREAS: the map has been reviewed by various public agencies, staff,
and the Subdivision Review Coaeittee, and
WHEREAS: the map appears to meet the applicable requirements of the
Ordinances of the City of Tiburon, with the addition of certain conditions.
WHERFAS: the Planning Commission tas accepted tho Tcnt4tillQ tbp of
Villo XDdcrnc.
NOW nmREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tiburon
does hereby approve the tentative map of Ville MPdeme subject to the following
coadl tions :
1. Dedication of the 40' roadway, Corte Soriano, from Round Hill Road and
its improvement to City standards.
2. Fire protection as required by the Tiburon Fire Protection District.
3. Public Utility easements as required.
4. The recommendations as to Slope Stabilization as con"tained in the Cooper.
Clarke & Associates report dated i~rch 12, 1973. Said report shall be
considered an addendum to this Tentative l~p.
s. Erosion control of graded areas as required by the City Engineer.
6. Landscaping of open space area in conjunction with Marinero Heights
Condominiums to be approved by Director of COIlIDunity De \elopment.
7. Payment of in-lieu fees in accordance with Sec.14-SO of the Tiburon City Code.
