RES.OLtTTION NO. 526
A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'lY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING IMmOVEMENTS AT LYFORD mlVE AT VISTAZO UEST
WHEREAS: Drainage improvements consisting of six-inch perforated
metal pipe, asphalt concrete including sand seal; standard curb and gutter
and a concrete driveway, and
WHEREAS: the work performed by MBggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., has been
performed in a satisfactory manner,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECIARED tha t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to any
provisions of the agreement with Maggiora & Ghi10tti, Inc., dated January 2, 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon on the ~day of April
