A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING Il1FROVEMENTS AT LYFORD DRIVE AT TIBURON BOULE-
VARD
WHEREAS:
Improvcgents consi6ting of Subd~a!nage Inatallatio~~:
consisting of six-inch perforated metal pipe and ashphalt concrete including sand
seal, and
WHEREAS: the worlt performed by Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., has been
pe~formed in a satisfactory manner,
Not-I, THER.E:FORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to any. pro-
visions of the agreement with Magg10ra & Ghilotti, Inc., dated January 10, 1973,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon on the 9th day of
April
, 1973, by the following vote:
