RESOLUTION NO.2B-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
GRANTING A USE PERMIT UNDER SECTION 3 OF ORDIN\NCE 87 N. S.
OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
WHEREAS: David Ma thew for Pacific Land Projects, Inc. did apply for a Use
Permit under provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance 87 N.S. of the City of
Tiburon, and
WHEREAS: said City Council did on the 9th day of April, 1973, did hear
and consider said application in accordance with applicable ordinances and
statutes, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THIS CITY COUNCIL finds:
A. The establishment, maintenance or conduction of tbe proposed use will,
under the circumstances of the particular case, not be detrimental to the
health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience or welfare of persons residing
in the neighborhood of such proposed use;
B. The granting of a permit would not adversely affect the Open Space
plan and zoning ordinance of the City now under consideration.
AND BE IT FUR'I.'HER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that based upon the findings here-
inbefore set forth, the permit prayed for is granted with the condition
accepted by the applicant that no Master Plan will be presented for tbe
property until the contemplated rezoning has been effectuated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reguler meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on April 9, 1973, by the following vote:
