HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1973-07-09 (3) RESOLUTION NO.~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING A TENTATIVE SUlIDIVISION HAP FOR THE RO-2C DEVELOPUENT KNOWN AS REED PARK. WHEREAS: Arthur J. Lang has submitted a tentative map for the subdivision known as Reed Park, and HHEREAS: saic.1 map is in compliance with the llaster Plan approved by the Planning Commission and City Council of the City of Tiburon, and ~mEREAS: the map has been reviewed by various public agencies, staff, and the Subdivision Reviell Committee, and WHEREAS: the map appears to meet the applicable requirements of the Ordinances of the City of Tiburon, with the addition of certain conditions. Not-l, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby c.tprove the Tentative Hap of Reed Park subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication of the 40' roadway easement from Round Hill r~ad and its Uaprovement to City standards. 2. Dedication of the park area to the City of Tiburon. 3. Street ana road sections be revised as recommended by City Engineer. 4. Final c=ainage and grading plan to be approved by City BDglneer. 5. Fire Protection as required by the Tiburon Fire Pro~ection District. 6. Public utility ease~~nts as required. 7. The recommendations as to slope stabilization as contained in the Harding, 11iller and Lawson report dated January 23, 1973. Said report shall be considered an addendum to this Tentative 1lap. 8. The sanitary and drainage line and grading are not to jeopardize the trees and rock outcroppings in the southeast corner of the subdivision. 9. The landscaping plan is to be native to the aeea.
