RESOLUTION NO. 547
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COm1CIL OF THE CITY OF
TIDUROH APPROVING A REVISED PD (PLAi:'lNED DEVELOPl-ffiNT)
PRECISE PLAN FOR REBUILDING THE TIOBIL STATIon AT
1600 TIBURON BOULEVARD TO INCLUDB A CAmlASH
lffiEREAS: fbbil Oil Corporation has filed an application for a
~~"Jised Precise Plan a!?prov'~l to include a c~.riz'rh "lithin the gasoline
service station at the corner of Beach Road and Tiburon Blvd.; and
!'1HEREAS, the Planning Commission has held extensive public hearings
on the matter and has reco~1ffiended appropriate conditions of approval; and
':mEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the matter
and finds that the revised Precise Plan conforms substantially to the
previously approv~d ;:laster Plan and meets the conditions of approval
placed on it by the Planning Commission.
HOU, THEREF'ORE, DE IT RESOLVED: this City Council does hereby
approve the revi:3ed Precise Plan for the car\1ash for the [.lobil.-. Service
c~?tion at 1600 Tiburon Blvd. subject to the following conditions:
1. No additional signs.
2. No parking problem be created - ~arking to be limited to two,
a rn~~imQ8 of two cars waiting to be washed.
3. No effluent or othcr waste to be discharged on Tiburon Blvd..
4. The c0udi.tioD.3 of Sanitary District No. 5 as outlined in
the letter of May 23, 1973.
