A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS OF SLURRY SEAL RESURFACE TO CITY
STREETS
WHEREaS: Street impr9vements consisting of application of
slurry seal resurface to approximately 444,290 sq. ft. of various
City streets, Project 73-G-12, and
WHEREAS: the work performed by Bay Slurry Seal of Sacramento,
California, has been performed in a satisfactory manner,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to any pro-
visions of the agreement with Bay Slurry Seal dated June 11, 1973.
