RESOLUTIon NO. 545
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON GRANTING 1>_ TE.ilPORARY USE PERiUT
TO PETER ANDERSON
~lliEREAS: Peter Ancerson did apply for a temporary use permit
for a mobile flm'ler stand in the PO Zone at 38-40 !I'lain Street;
HHEREAS: said City Council did, on the 28th day of June, 1973
hear and consider siad application in accordance with application in
accordance with applicable ordinances and statutes;
HO';1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that this City Council finds:
A. The establishment, maintenance or conduction of the proposed
1.l':'~ ';'1ill not, under the circmnstances of the particular case, be
detrimental to the health, safety, convenience of persons in the neigh-
borhood of such proposed use.
B. The proposed use, under the circumstances of the particular
case, ",ill not be detrimental to the public \Telfare or injurious to
property or improvements in said PO Zone.
C. The granting of a pernit will not adversely affect the general
zoning plan of th.e C~.ty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AJ.'lD ORDERED: that based upon the findings
hereinbefore set forth, the permit is granted on the following conditions:
1. That the teMporary use permit is granted for a period of 4
months subject to rene'-Tali
2. No ether signs be allo\>Ted other than that on the cart;
3. That no refuse or other m~terial be left on the premises at
any time;
4. No phy~ic~l improvements be done on the site in reference to
this use;
and shall therefore issue as provided for by ordinances of the City of
Tiburon and sta~utes of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an <:djo~'.Ync:1.neeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on Tune 28th.. ,1973, by the following vote:
