TOPICS ~2\LLOCATIONS TO COUnTY OF ~!}'..l1r"T
<7HEREAS, the City of Tiburon has been allocated TOPICS Funds
for fiscal year 1971-72 which are as yet unco~Mitted for TOPICS
eligible projects; and
~nIEREAS, the County of :1arin has agreed to act a Coordinating
Agent for itself and the cities, and to receive and to hold all TOPICS
allocations assigneu to it by these cities for expenditure on projects
of regional benefit.
Nor], THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that this City CoUncil hereby
announces its intent to chligate its fiscal year 1971-72 TOPICS
apportionment by application of Rule I.e. of the IIRu1es Regarcling Use
of TOPICS Funds" by assigning this apportionment to the County of
-1arin, as Coordinating _'\gent.
