A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCU OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON, BEING A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO CONSIDER
THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FORMERLY BEING
THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE NORTHWESTERN PAC IFIC RAIL-
ROAD LOCATED GENERALLY BETWEEN STEWART DRIVE AND
REED RANCH ROAD.
WHEREAS :
That certain property located between Stewart Drive and
Reed Ranch Road which was the former right-of-way of the Northwestern Pacific
Railroad has been zoned P, and
WHEREAS: Surrounding similar property is zoned A-2 and,
WHEREAS: All of said property is being considered as to its future
planning and development;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Tibuton does hereby state its intent to consider the rezoning of the sub-
ject property from the P zone to the A-2, Limited Agriculture Zone, and
does hereby refer this resolution to the Planning Commission for their study
and recommendation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on
February 13th, 1973, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Becker, Fanning, Littman, Sennett
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUOCILMEN' None
