RESOLUTION NO.~N.S.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AT 2 lvi\IN S'IREET
WHEREAS: street improvements consisting of excavation and back-
fill, removal of pier and replacement of curb, gutter, driveway (including
resetting of utility boxes) and beam in AREA '~", removal and replacement
of curb, gutter and sidewalk in AREA liB", construction of guard rail, and
overlay of the street, and such other items of work covered in the specifi-
cations and drawings for the project have been installed at 2 Main Street,
and
WHEREAS: the work performed by Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., has.
been performed in a satisfactory manner,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECIARED tha t
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the agreement with Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., dated
November 25, 1972.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon on the 22nd day of
January
, 1973, by the following vote:
