A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREATING A "NO B\RKING" ARPA ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF
REED BANCH ROt\D IN -THE VICINITY OF GREENWOOD COURT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon as follows:
'See tion 1. NO B\RKING AREA
The following portion of Reed Ranch Road is hereby defined aId estab-
lished as a "NO B\RKING" area and shall be governed by the provisions of
Section 10 of Ordinance No.5:
The easterly side of !leed Ranch Road for a distance of
60 feet south of the intersection at Greenwood Court
and Reed Ranch Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at' a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on January 8th , 1973, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Becker, Fanning, Littman, Sennett
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: None
