RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON APPROVING A FINAL ~1AP OF r-1ARINERO
HEIGHTS CONDOIlINIUl'.IS
trnEREAS: the final map of Harinero Heights Condominium has been
approved by the Planning Commission at its meeting of DeceMber 4,
1972, and;
~mEREAS: said map .meets the requirements of the State Subdivision
Hap Act and Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Uunicipal Code, and;
tfflEREAS: said final map is in compliance with the approved tenta-
tive map.
NOH THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the final map of !1arinero
Heights Condominium be accepted and approved .but .:.not to be recdr-ded unti~
th~ fbllo~ing conditions have been satisfied:
1. Approval of covenants, conditions and restrictions in writing
by the City Attorney.
2. That the conditions of City Council Resolution No. 414
approving a precise plan for this condominium project apply
to this map.
3. Payment of in-lieu park & recreation fees as required by
Chapter 14 of the Tiburon !-1unicipal Code, as amended by Emer-
gency Ordinance No. 110 N.S.
4. That the approval of the final map is on a condition that
the subdivider first enter into and execute with the City of
Tiburon a Subdivision Agreement for completion of the im-
provements which are a condition of approval of the subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that the !1ayor of the City of Tiburon is
authorized to execute saia Subdivision Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on
January 8th
