AN ORDINANCE OF THE TO\VN OF TIBURON Mo1ENDING SECTION 4
OF ORDINANCE NO. 232 N.S. BY REVISING THE REQUIREMENT
FOR COLLECTION OF TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION FEES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOvffi COUNCIL OF THE TOvffi OF
TIBURON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 4 of Ordinance No.
232 N.S. is amended to read as follows:
~4. Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee for New Developments.
A traffic impact mitigation fee is hereby imposed
on each new development, said fee to be paid prior
to the earliest to occur of the following two
dates: (a) the date the final or parcel map for
the development is filed; or (b) the date of the
issuance of any building permit(s) in connection
with the development.
The amount of the fee shall be established by
Resolution of the Town Council and amended from
time to time for the purpose of reflecting changes
in construction costs. The amount of the said fee
shall be in proportion to the traffic generated by
the respective uses.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force thirty (30) days after the date of passage; and,
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after passage, the
same shall be published, with the names of the members voting
for and against the same, at least once in a newspaper of general
circulation published by the Town of Tiburon.

Council of the Town of Tiburon on August 19
1981, by the following vote:
