AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE TIBURON
MUNICIPAL CODE RE~ATING TO MINOR SUBDIVISIONS
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding the following Section:
Section 14-66. Processing by Town Engineer.
Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this
Article V, in those instances where approval of a minor
subdivision is being sought pursuant to an approved
Master and Precise Plan, in lieu of the procedure
otherwise provided herein for processing by the Board,
the Tentative Map and the parcel map may be processed
and approved by the Town Engineer.
Section 2. Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following Section:
Section 14-67. D~dications.
All dedications offered on Parcel Maps may be accepted
or rejected by the Town Engineer on behalf of the Town.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage
the same shall be published, with the names of the members voting
for and against the same, at least once in a newspaper of
general circulation published in the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on May 20, 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Bergsund, Rockey, Bass, Hanson
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Edelstein
