ORDINANCE NO. 237 N.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON PREZONING
NANA ENTERPRISES PROPERTY RPD-4
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Map of the Town of Tiburon is hereby
amended by zoning all that certain property described in Exhibit
"A" hereto RPD-4 upon its annexation to the Town of Tiburon.
Section 2. This Ordinance s~all take effect and be in
force thirty days after the date of its passage and before the
expiration of fifteen days after its passage, the same shall be
published with the names of the members voting for and against
the same, at least once in a newspaper of general circulation,
published in the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon held on -Janua-ry 7 , 1981, by the following
vote:
