AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.9
N.S. BY ADOPTING ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE RO-l ZONE
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Adoption of Zoning.
Ordinance No.9 N.S., the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Tiburon, is hereby
amended by adopting zoning of the following described property to the RO-l zone.
That certain real property situated in the County of Marin, State of
California, described as follows:
Marin County Assessor's Parcels Nos. 58-031-22 and 23.
Section 2. Separability.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is
for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of a court of
competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions of the Ordinance. The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon hereby declares
that it would have passed this Ordinance, and each section, subsection, clause or
phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone of more other sections, clauses
or phrases may be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after the date of
this passage, and before the expiration of fifteen days after its passage, the same
shall be published, with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on April 2, 1980 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Edelstein, Bass, Rockey, Bergsund
NOES: COUNC I LMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Hanson
