Section I. SALARY OF CITY TREASUHEH. 'l'ue salar",' r

Section 2. SALARY OF ACTING CITY CLERK. The salary of
the Acting City Clerk of the City of Tiburon shall be and the
same is hereby fixed at the sum of $435.00 per month, said
salary to be and become effective on the adoption of said
Ordinance.
Section 3. BOND OF CITY TREASURER. The bonG of the City
~~easurer of the City of Tiburon shall be and the same is hereby
fixed at the sum of $5,000.00.
Section 4. BOND OF ACTING CITY CLERK. The bond of the Acting
City Clerk of the City of Tiburon shall be and the same is hereby
fixed in the sum of $5,000.00.
Section :::'. URGENCY MEASURE. 'rhis Ordil1Bl1Ce shall [~o
into effect immediately upon its adoption in order to preserve
the public peace, health and safety. The facts constituting
the need for said ordinance being effective immediately are
that the City of Tiburon has just been incorporated, the proper
administration of the affairs of the City of Tiburon require
the prompt appointment, compensation and fixing of bonds where
necessary for offices of the City and the failure to so act im-

to the detriment of the health, safety and peace of the inhabi-
tants of said City. This Ordinance shall be posted in three
pUblic places within said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 23rd day of June, 1964 by the follow-
ing vote:
