AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING TIBURON NATIONAL BAN~
AND CROCKER-CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK AS DEPOSITORIE:
FOR CITY FUNDS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENc~
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain a~
followE:
Section 1. That Tiburon National Bank and CrocKer-Citizen~
National Bank, Tiburon-Belvedere Office, be and they are hereD:
designated as the offical depositories for all funds belongin~
to the City of TiburoL.
Section 2. The City Council may by resolution specif\
the creation of city funds from time to time as deemed necessary~
upon which warrants may be drawn.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
as an emergency ordinance being for the immediate preservatior
of the public peace, health, safety and welfare. The facts con-
stituting such emergency are: the city have been recently incor-
porated, it must by law designate a depository for its funds
and for the orderly administration of business, and at the
present time it has no such depository.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the
Council of the City of Tiburon on June 23, 1964, and was ordered
posted in at least three public places in said City of Tiburon.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 23rd day of June, 1964, by the
following vote:
