The C:i t,y Council of the Ci ty of Tiburon does ordain ar

Section 1. '1'0 comply with the provisions of Section 4220:
of the Vehicle-Code of the State of California, there is herer'
created in thp City ~reasury a special fund to he known as tnE
"TRAFFIC SAFETY FU1'1,T]). f1
Section 2. Of the total amount of fines and forfeiture[
received by the City under Section 1463 of the California Pena~
Code that proportion thereof designated by said Vehicle COdE
Section 42200 shall be paid into the said TRAFFIC SAFETY FUNI
and all moneys in said fund shall be expended eXClusively for
the purposes authorized by, and subject to the provisions of,
said Section 42200.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately and the facts constitlltinrr such emergency are that
the City, having just recently b~mcorporated, has no TRAFFIC
SAFETY FUND. Orderly adminstratior~ oi' the City Government re-
quires that immediate provision be made for the City to receive
all revenues to which it is entitled and to provide the necessary
Funds in the City Treasury to receive and account for such
revenues.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Tiburon at a regular meeting thereof on the 13th day of July,
1964, by the following vote:
