AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBUROr
ESTABLISH A "STA'I'E PURPOSE FUN:r'<
Tne City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain a~
folloWG ~
Section J. There is hereby created in the Ci t.v 'I'reasu,r:
a special 1'und to be known as the "STATE PURPOSE FUNi;",
Section 2. All moneys received by tne City from thE
State Qf'"'l;alJ.1'ornia as a result of apportionment of revenuer
collected pursuant to the Vehicle. License Fee Law of the Sta1E
of California shall be paid into said fund and all moneys iL
said Pund shall be expended exclusively for the purposef
authorized by, and subject to the provisions of, Section Il005
of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California,
and other applicable law.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately and the facts constituting such eMergency are that
the City, having ,just recently been corporated, has no STATE
PURPOSE FUND. Orderly administration of the City Government
requires that immediate provision be made for the City to
receive all revenues to which it is entitled and to provide the
necessary Funds in the City Treasury to receive and account for
all such revenues.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Tiburon at a regular meeting thereof on the 13th day of July,
1964, by the followidg vote:
