ORDINANCE NO. 38
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON PRO-
HIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN SECI'IONS OF
TIBURON BOULlNARD, AND AMENDING SECI'IONS
OF ORDINANCE NO. 34 AND ORDINANCE NO. 36
IN CONFLICT THER~ITH
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 34 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 8,c,2,: The southwesterly side of Tiburon
Boulevard, between Main Street and Beach Road, ex-
cepting therefrom that portion lying between Juanita
Lane at its intersection with Tiburon Boulevard, and
a point 150 feet northwest of said intersection; and
further excepting therefrom that portion beginning
at a point 153 feet more or less southeast of the in-
tersection of Beach Road and Tiburon Boulevard, and
running thence for a distance of approximately 9
feet."
Section 2. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 36 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following subdivision:
"5. That portion of Tiburon Boulevard beginning
at a point 153 feet more or less southeast of the in-
tersection of Beach Road at its intersection with
Tiburon Boulevard, and running thence for a distance
of approximately 9 feet."
Section 3. Where parking is restricted and limited by
this ordinance, it is done pursuant to Section 22506 of the Ve-
hicle Code of the State of California, and it is hereby directed
that the necessary parking signs be erected as required.

Section 4. This ordinance is to take effect and be in
force at the expiration of thirty (30) days from and after its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage the same shall be published, with the names of the members
voting for and against the same, at least once in a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Coun-
cil of the City of Tiburon held on the
1965, by the following vote:
