CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3(b) OF THE TI3URON CITY CODE 3Y
MODIFYING THE REOUIREl4ENTS OF THE t4ASTER SALARY PLAK
OF TI BURON PERS oNN.E~ SYSTEM
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment.
Title 1, Chapter 3, Section 3-3(b) of the Tiburon City Code is
hereby amended by adding to said Subsection 3-3(b) the following:
"(B). Schedule for computinf fractions and converting
salary units.
(9) . Schedule of allowances and reimbursa.bles. It
Section 2. Separability.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this
ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional
by the decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, ~uch decision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the
ordinance. The City Council of the C:tty of Tiburon hereby declares
that it would have passed this ordinance, and each section, F-ub-
section, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that
anyone or more other sections, subsections, clauses or phrases'
may be declared invalid or unconstitutional.

Section 3. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days
after the date of passafe, and before the expiration of fifteen
days after its passare the same shall be publi~hed, with the names
of the members votinr for and afainet the same, at least once in a
newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a refular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on August 26 , 1968, by the following
vote:
