AN ORD INANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9 N.S. TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM THE RO-2 ZONE TO THE R-l ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
S.ection 1. Ordinance No.9 N.S., the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Tiburon, is hereby amended by reclassifying the following de-
scribed. property from the RO-2 to the R-l zone:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of the lands of
Raymond E. Weeks as descri"~d in Book 542 of Official
Records, page 239, as now filed in the office of the Re-
corder of the County of Marin, thence South 550 06' E
254.86 feet, thence South' 330 28' W 175 feet& thence
North 550 06' W 254.86 feet, thence North 33 2B' E to
the point of beginning, being 1.02 acres more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days after the date of passa,ge, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage the same shall be published,
with the names of the members' voting for and against the same, at least
once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of
Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPrED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on July 22 1968, by the following
vote:
