ORDINANCE NO.~N.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9 N.S. TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS RO-2.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No.9 N.S., the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Tlburon, is hereby amended by placing the following described
property in the RO-2 zone:
That certain property as shown on the map en~itled Reedland
Woods Unit No.1, which is now on file in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Marin in Record of Maps
Book 13, page 23.
Section 2. This .ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (3U) days after the date of pas8age, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage the same shall be published,
with the names of the members voting for and aga-inst the same" at least
once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of
Tiburon.
PASSED AND ,ADOPTED at a regular meet-ing of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on July 22 , 1968, by the following
vote:
