AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO~ 9 N.S., THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
TO RECLASS lFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THE RO-l ZONE
TO THE RO-2 ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The follOWing described real property situated in the City
of Tiburon shall be reclassified from~the RO-l zone to the RO-2 zone.
All that certain real property situate in the County of Marin,
State of California, particularly described as follows:
I
A) Lots 138 through 147 and 114 through 123 as shown on that
certain map of Paradise Cove now on file at the Coun~
Recorders Office, County of Marin, Record of Maps, Book 5,
Page 77.
B) Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of lot 138 of
Paradise Cove as shown on that certain map now on file
in the Office of the County Recorders, County of Marin
in Record of Maps Book 5~ page 77; thence along the southerly
line of lot 138 North 4S~OO'East 295~OO Feet to the center line
of Paradise Drive; thence along the center line of Paradise Drive
South 10009' East 240.00 Feet; thence leaving the centerline of
Paradise Drive South 450 west 229~00 Feet; thence North 250l8'We.t
196.017 Feet to the Point of beginning.
C) Beginning at a point on the south line of Taylor Road being the
Northeast C07:Aer 6f Parcel D as shown on that Record of Survey
of the Taylor property now on file in the County Recorders Office
in the County of Marin in Official Surveys, Book Two, gage 136;
Thence along the southern line of Taylor Road North 42 32' East
230.00 Feet to the Center line of Paradise Drivej thence
along the center line of Paradise South 47027' East 462.80 Feetj
thence South 21034' East 107.00 Feet; thence South 65000' East
110.00 Feet; Thence North 72018' East 150.00 Feet to the Northern
Boundary of that certain survey of the Parente Tract now on file
in the Office of the County Recorder, County of Marin, in Official
Surveys, Book Two, Page 119; Thence leaving the center line of Paradise
Drive along the Northern Boundary of the Parente Tract South 39043 'West
386.85 Feet; Thence leaving the boundary of the Parente Tract North
60031' West 141.48 Feet; thence North 39043' ~st 43.94 Feet; thence
North 600l3'East 169.775 Feet to the Southern Boundary of the Record
of Survey of the Taylor property now on file in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Marin in Offical Servey, Book Two
Page 136; Thence.along the Sauthern Boundary of the Taylor property
North.40032' East to the Southeast Cor.er of the Taylor property;
Thence along the East Boundary of the Taylor property North 47027'
West, 457.04 Feet to tre point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after
the date of passage, and before the expiration of fifteen days after its passage the
same shall be published, with the name of the members voting for and against the sace
at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tibuoon held on June 10, , 1968, by the following vote:
