AN ORD !NANCE OF THE CITY OF T IBVRON AlYlEND mG
ORDINANCE NO. 9 N.S., THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF TIBURON, TO REClASSIFY CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM THE IIp'' ZONE .TO THE fR3" ZONE
The City Council of the~City of Tiburon does ordain as follaws~;
Section 1. The following described real property situated f~
the City of Tiburon shall be reclassified from the 'Iptr zone to the f'R:"3"
zone:
All that certain real property situate in the County of Marin,
State of Ca]fornia, particularly described as follows:
BEGENNING at the most northeasterly corner of that certain
parcel of land described in the deed.from Campbell Judge,
alias, et al to Southern Marin Recreation Center, a corpora-
tion, recorded July 19, 1949, in liber 620 of Official Re-
cords at Page 234, Marin County Records; thence leaving said
corner and running the following courses and distances; North
60 West 340 feet, North 620 06' East 280 feet, South 270 54'
East 170.00 Feet, South 540 28' East 192.00 Feet, South 350
32' West 275.00 feet, South 40 52' West 240.00 Feet and south-
easterly 10 a direct line to the intersection of the courses
shown as "South 110 11' West 157.2 Feetr1 and :'ISouth 70 30'
East 202.2 Feeel in the Deed from Campbell JUdge,. alias, e~
al to 1 Bartel, Recorded Ma, 23, 1955 in liber 943 of Offi-
cial Records at Page 557, Marin County Records; Thence S470
48' West 400.00 Feet more or less to a point on the easterly
boundary of the property described in the first abovementionB~
deed to the Southern 14arin Recreation Center being north
l40 00' West 40 Feet from the most southeasterly corner of
said property, thence northerly along the easterly line of
said property north 140 OO'West 384.00 Feet and North 60 00'
West 470.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 9.5
acres of land, more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after the date of passage, and before the expiration of fif~
teen days after its passage the same shall be published, with the ~es
of the members voting for and against the same, at least once in a mfws::
paper of general circulation published in the City of Tiburon.
