ORDINANCE NO. 2i..-.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ADOPTING A NEW OFFI-
CIAL SEAL OF THE CITY.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1. There is hereby adopted a new official seal of the City,
having around its perimeter the words "City of Tiburon, California, Inc. 1964"
and bearing in the center of said seal a stylized representation of a shark
rampant.
Se.ction 2. Ordinance No.1. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL SEAL OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY is hereby
repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance 18 to take effect and be in force at the
expiration of thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and before the expira-
tion of fifteen (15) days after its passage the same shall be publisbed, with
the names of tbe members voting for and against the same, at least once 1n a
newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on July 24
