ORDINANCE NO. 57
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON RELATING
TO THE PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2, AND SETTING FORTH
STATEMENT OF URGENCY.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does
ordain as follows:
Section 1.
PLACE OF COUNCIL MEETINGS:
!J~ regular meetings of the City Oo~nty of
the City of Tiburon shall be held at the Tiburon City
Council Chambers, 80 Main Street, Tiburon, California,
effective July 1, 1966.
Section 2.
REPEAL;
Ordinance No. 2.of the City of Tiburon is
hereby repealed.
Section 3.

URGENCY MEASURE:
This Ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its adoption in order to preserve the public peace,
health, and safety and welfare. The facts constituting
the need for said Ordinance to be effective immediately
are that the City of Tiburon has recently leased premises
for use as a City Hall, and the efficient operation of City
Government and convenience of the public requires that the
City Council commencing holding its regular meetings at
the new City Hall at the earliest possible date.
Section 4.
PUBLICA TION :
Within fifteen (15) days from and after the adop-
tion hereof, this Ordinance shall be published, with the
names of the members voting for and against the same, at
least once in a newspaler of general circulation published
in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on the 27th day of June,
1966, by the following vote:
