ORDINANCE NO. 66
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 49 KNOWN AS "CITY OF TIBURON BUILDING ORDINANCE.I!
The City Council of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Chapter I of Ordinance No. 49 is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto the following section.
"Section 6.. toJhere it is found that work is being done without
a permit therefor, and further that such work would under the
terms of this ordinance require a permit, that there shall be
charged an investigation fee of ~lO.OO. The said investiga-
tion fee shall be in addition to all other fees and penalties
as elsewhere set forth in this and other ordinances of the
City of Tiburon, and shall be paid before any application for
permit for such work shall be considered."
Section 2. Chapter III of Ordinance No. 49 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom Part "E" of Section 1.
Section 3. Chapter III of Ordinance No. 49 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following section:
"Section 6. The Heating and Comfort Cooling Code of the City of
Tiburon shall be the 1964 Edition of the Uniform Heating and
Comfort Cooling Code, as published by the Western Plumbing
Officials Association with the following exceptions
A. Delete the first paragraph of Section 110."
Section 4. This ordinance is to take effect and be in force at
the expiration of thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and before
the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage. The same shall be
published, with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City
of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on October 10, 1966 by the fOllowing vote:
