ORDINANCE NO. ~ N.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
REED SCHOOL-ROUND HILL ROAD AREA FROM
RO-2 TO RO-2-C (CLUSTER OVERLAY ZONE)
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Map
The Zoning Map of the City of Tiburon is amended by changing
the following described property from RO-2 (Single-Family
Residential, Minimum 20,000 sq. ft. Lot Size) to RO-2-C (Cluster
Overlay Zone, no change in overall density):
Assessor's Parcel Nos. 58-301-16, 17, 18, 19, and 20:
Lands of Place, and
Assessor's Parcel No. 58-301-21: Lands of Norwitt
Section 2. Separability. If any section, provision, sentence,
clause or phrase of this ordinance is, for any reason, declared
to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining sections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this
ordinance, it being the intent of the City Council of the City of
TiburoQ that this ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity
of such section, sentence, clause or phrase.
Section 3. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force thirty days after the date of passage, and before
the expiration of fifteen days after its passage the same shall be
published, with the names of the members voting for and against
the same, at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Tiburon.
