That at all times herein mentioned he was and now is the DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATOR of the City of Tiburon, California; that pursuant to
Section ..J,e; 3 3 of the Government Code, of the State of California,
he posted at three public places within the City of Tiburon to wit:
the City Hall 80 Main Street, Tiburon Fire Department 1679 Tiburon Blvd.
and Tiburon~Fire De~artment, Trestle Glen Blvd. and Paradise Drive

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ADOPTING AN
RP (PLANNED RESIDENTIAL) ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FOR PROPERTY IN THE HOUNT TIBURON AREA.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Mlp
The Zoning l~p of the City of Tiburon is hereby amended to change the
zoning designation on the following described property from RD-l (Residential-
Open Zone, maximum 1 dwelling unit per acre) to RP (Planned Residential Zone, ;
density set by Board of Design Review, with a maximum of 2 dwelling units per
acre) :
Assessor's Farcel Nos. 58-100-11, 52, 53, 59, and 60, more completely
described by metes and bounds as:
Beginning at a point which is the most Northerly corner of
lot 34, as said lot is shol~ on the map entitled. '~unt
Tiburon Unit 2, in the County of Mirin, California ", recorded
December 31, 1962 in Volume 11 of ~hps at page 57, Marin County
Records, running thence from said point of beginning South 550
17' East 340.069 feet; thence South 590 17' West 215.499 feet;
thence North 680 30' West 159.120 feet; thence Southerly along
the arc of a circle uhose radius is 45 feet 390 06' or 30.709
feet; thence South 680 30' East 228.139 feet; thence North 590
17' East 228.000 more or less to a point on said line which is
the first described herewith being the Northerly line of: said
lot 34; thence South 550 17' East along said line to a point
559.000 feet from the point of beginning; thence South 50 20'
West 110.000 feet; thence South 550 08' East 251.640 feet;
thence North 180 27' 22" East 1054.617 feet; thence North 630
12' 30" West 926.070 feet; thence South 330 56' 21" west 1133.777
feet; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a circle whose
radius is 150.089 feet 910 18' 26" or 239.228 feet; thence

of a circle whose radius is 350.000 feet 340 30' 34" or 210.806
feet; thence North 820 18' East 60.000 feet to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. Separabilitv
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance
is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of a
court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portions of the ordinance. The City Council of the City of
Tiburon hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance, and each
section, subsection, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that
anyone or more other sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases
may be declared invalid or unconstitutional .
Section 3. Effective Date
This ordinance is to take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after the date of passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, the same shall be published, with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, at least once
in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on AUQ:ust 24 , 1970, by the following vote:
