That at all times herein mentioned he was and now is the DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATOR of the City of Tiburon, California; that pursuant to
Section 3 (, C, 3.J of the Government Code, of the State of California,
he posted at three public places within the City of Tiburon to wit:
the City Hall 80 Main Street, Tiburon Fire Department 1679 Tiburon Blvd.
and Tiburon Fire Department, Trestle Glen Blvd. and Paradise Drive

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON REZONING
CERD\IN PROPERTY FROM A. 2, RO.1, RO.2, R. 1,
And R.3 to lip"
lhe City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of ZoninR MlP.
'!he zoning map of the Ci ty of Tiburon is amended by changing the following
described property from the A.2, RO.1, RO. 2, R.l and R.3 zones to the uP"
Parks, Open Space, and Recreation Zone:
All that real property situated in the City of Tiburon, known as
the Northwestern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, extending from
the Tiburon City Limits at the Trestle Glen Tunnel Southeasterly
to a point merging with Tiburon Boulevard Westerly of its
intersection with Mar West Street, including the following
Assessor's Parcels: AP Nos. 38-181-76; 34-252-27,28; 55-071-02;
55-093-01; 55-131-02; 55-171-15; 55-201-20,21; 55-161-03; 55-262-01,
06; 58-131-01,02; 58-152-01; and 60-061-15, a legal description of
which is on file in the city offices.
Section 2. Separabilitv
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this
ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the
decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions of the ordinance. 1he City Council of
the City of Tiburon hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance,
and each section, subsection, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the
fact that anyone or more other sections, subsections, clauses or phrases may
be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 3. Effective Date
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after the date of passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, the same shall be published, with the
names of the members voting for and against the same, at least once in a
newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on AUl;mst 10 , 1970, by the following vote:
