PHIL V. SCOTT, being first duly sworn deposes and says:
That at all times herein mentioned he was and now is the DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATOR of the City of Tiburon, California; that pursuant to
Sec tion '36 q 3 .3 of the Government Code, of the State of California,
he posted at three public places within the City of Tiburon to wit:
the City Hall 80 Main Street, Tiburon Fire Department 1679 Tiburon Blvd.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON CHANGING THE ZONING
DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-3 AND RO-2 TO PD.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby ordain as follo~s:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Map
The Zoning Map of the City of Tiburon is amended to change the follo~ing
described property from its existing zone to the PD (Planned Development) zone:
1. AQ~essor's Barcel Nos. 58-191-04, 05, 06, and 07 from R-3 to PD;
2. Assessor's Earce1 Nos. 58-191-19 and 20 from R0-2 to PD;
Which parcels are more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Lot 13, Map of Marinero,
recorded in Book 10 of Maps at Page 38, Marin County Records; thence
North 440 02' 30" West 125.00 feet; thence South 450 57' 30" West
482.66 feet; thence South 620 47' 37" East 13.31 feet; thence South
220 21' 49" East 120.95 feet to the most westerly corner of Lot 11, as
shown upon said map; thence South 450 57' 30" West 137.05 feet; thence
South 870 08' East 254.65 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along
the northerly side of the Marinero Circle right-of-way to the most
Southeasterly corner of Lot 13, as shown upon said map; thence North
140 30' East 118.48 feet; thence North 440 02' 30" West 129.77 feet
to the point of beginning.
Section 3. Separabilitv
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinanc~
is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of fl
court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of
7:~:n:.ining portions of the ordinance. The City Council of the City of T:!.bl..':::):~
nereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance, and each section, EU~-
section, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or ~:_.
other sections, subsections, clauses or phrases may be declared invalid or U~-
constitutional.
Section 4. Effective Date
This ordinance is to take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from
and after the date of passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, the same shAll be published, with the names of the members
voting for and against the same, at least once in a newspaper of general cir-
culation published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a IDeeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on May 11 , 1910, by the following vote:
