That at all times herein mentioned he was and now is the DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATOR of the City of Tiburon, California; that pursuant to
Section~of the Government Code, of the State of California,
he posted at three public places within the City of Tiburon to wit:
the City Hall 80 Main Street, Tiburon Fire Department 1679 Tiburon Blvd.
and T.buron Fire Department, Trestle Glen Blvd. and Paradise Drive

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON A~
ING ORDINANCE NO. 9 N. S. TO RECIASS IFY CERTA IN PROPERTY FROM
THE RO-l ZONE TO THE RP ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning MaP.
Ordinance Nc. 9 N.S., the Zoning O~dinance of the City of Tiburon is
hereby amended by changing the follo.wing descr.ibed property from the "RO.ll;
zoning district to the IiRP" zoning d:i'.st:dct: ALL THAT certain real property
situated in the City of Tiburon, County of rarin, State of California, described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the most southerly corner of the parcel of land
described in the Dsed from Reed Estate to Dr. Arne Engels
recorded Feb. 21. 1947 in Vol. 542 of Official.Records, at
page 389, Marin County, Records; thence running N 440 36' E
along the southsasterly line of said Engels parcel for a dis-
tance of 925.00 feet more or less to the most easterly corner
thereof, being a point in the exterior boundary of the tract of
land conveyed by Johu J. Rced to Clotilda J. Reed, recorded
December 2, 1899 in Vol. 58 of Deeds, at page 168, Marin County
Records; thence along said Ranch Boundary S 450 24'E 1604.86';
thence leavi.ng said rench boundary S 440 36'W 518.21 ft.. to the
centerline of a 50 ft. easement; thence N 550 59W 220 ft. more or
less; thence leaving said centerline 5280 2l'W 428.55 ft. to the
most northeasterly corner of Smith Ridge Estates as shown in
Vol. 12 of Maps at p~ge 49, Marin County Records; thence along
said boundary S 700 20'W 79.25 ft., thence S 430 12'W 430.00

thence N 520 12'E 1310.08 ft., to the intersection with that
certain boundary course N 310 07' 56'W 267.47 fto, as shown on
the Deed from James C. Reisinger et a1 to the Reed Union School
District recorded September 29, 1967 in Book 2164 at Eage 458
Marin County Records; tho:nce along said boundary course S 310
07' 56"E 267.47 ft.; thence S 680 42'E 230.00 ft., thence N 140
26'E 114.62 ft., thence along a curve to the right of radius 630 ft.,
tangent to the last proceeding course through a central angle of
190 45' an arc distance of 217.16 ft., thence N 340 ll'E 309.44 ft.;
to the centerline of a 50 ft. easement known as Hacienda Drive;
thence N 550. 59'W 204.12 ft.; thence along a curve to the left
tangent to the last proceeding course of radius 1150 ft. an arc
distance of 117.08 ft.; thence N 610 49'W 446.04 ft.; thence
N 630 16' 25'W 232.28 ft. to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Separabi1itv
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordi-
nance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision
of a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portions of the ordinance. The City Council of the City of

Tiburon hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance, and each
section, subsection, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any
one or more other sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases may be
declared invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after
the date of passage, and before the expiration of fifteen days after its
passage the same shall be published, with the names of the members voting for
and against the same, at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
