AN ORDINANCE OF '!HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 9 N. S. TO REClASS IFY CERTA IN PROPERTY FROM
THE R-2 ZONE TO THE P ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section l. Amendment of Zoning Mtp.
Ordinance No. 9 N. S., the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tiburon
is hereby amended by changing certain portions of Assessor's Earcels 59-194-11,
59-194-12, 59-194-51, 59-l94-52 from the "R-2" to the lip" zone as indicated
on Exhibit ''A'' dated" July 7, 1969, attached.
Section 2. Separability.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordi-
nance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by tbe decision
of a 'court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the vali-
dity of the remaining portions of the ordinance. The City Council of "the City
of Tiburon hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance, and each
section, subsection, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that
anyone or more other sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases may
be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after
the date of passage, and before the expiration of fifteen days after its pas-
sage the same shall be published, with the names of the members voting for and
against the same, at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Tiburon.

City of Tiburon held on
