PHIL V. SCOTT, being first duly sworn deposes and says:
That at all times herein mentioned he was and now is the DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATOR of the City of Tiburon, California; that pursuant to
Section .3.6'133 of the Government Code, of the State of California,
he posted at three public places within the City of Tiburon to wit:
the City Hall 80 Main S~reet, Tiburon Fire Department l679 Tiburon Blvd.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9 N. S. TO RECIASS IFY CERTA IN PROPERTY FROM THE P
ZONE TO THE R-2 ZONE.
Ihe City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Map.
Ordinance No. 9 N. S., the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tiburon
is hereby amended by changing certain portions of Assessor's Earcel No. 59-194-68
and Assessor's Parcel No. 59-194-69 from the "P" zone to the "R-2" zone as indi-
cated on Exhibit ,~" attached.
Section 2. Separabi1itv.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordi-
nance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision
of a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portions of the ordinance. The City Council of the City of
Tiburon hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance, and each
section, subsection, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that
anyone or more other sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases may
be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after
the date of passage, and before the expiration of fifteen days after its pas.
