That at all times herein mentioned he was and now is the DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRArOR of the City of Tiburon, California; that pursuant to
Section 36t'f 3~ of the Government Code" of the State of California, he
posted at three public places within the City of Tiburon to wit: the City
Hall, 80 Main Street, Tiburon Fire Department, 1679 Tiburon Boulevard and
Tiburon Fire Dep,rtment, Trestle Glen Boulevard and Paradise Drive

ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING ORDINANCE No.9 N.S.
TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM THE P ZONE TO THE RP ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does ordain as follows:
Section 1.
Amendment of Zoning Map. Ordinance No.9 N.S., the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Tiburon is hereby amended by changing the following described
property from the "P" zoning district to the "RP" zoning district: ALL THAT
certain real property situated in the City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State
of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 22 Little Reed P..eights ~s '~hC\;n upon. .the
Mlp Book 7. at pa'ge_ 48, running thence North 4008' East 372.51 feet and North 560231~r
230 feet to the point on the Southeasterly line of Trestle .Glen Blvd., running
thence Northeasterly along said line to a point which bears North 10 03' 10"
East from the Northwesterly corner of Lot 14, Map of Hacienda Terrace Unit 1,
filed in Map Book 6 at page 80, thence leaving Trestle Glen Blvd., and running
South 10 03' 10" :'lest 117.302 feet more or less to an angle point in said Lot
l4, Map of Haciertda Terrace above referred to, running thence South 440 East
l20 feet, South 76<.1 22' East 98.682 feet South 26(J IS' 50" West 93.30 feet South
50 01' East 83.39 feet, South 46'"J 53' East 135.75 feet and South 2lo 20' West to
a point in the Northwesterly line of Tiburon Knolls Unit 3 filed in Map Book 13,
page 75, running thence Westerly along the Northwesterly line of said subdivision
and of Tiburon Knolls Unit 2, filed in Map Book 13, at page 9, and Little Reed
Heights, subdivision 2 filed in Map Book 7 at page 48, to the point of commence-
ment.
Section 2. Separability.
If any section, subsecti~n, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordin-
ance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional py the decision
of a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the valid-
ity of the remaining portions of the ordinance. The City Council of the City of
Tiburon hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance, and each sec-
tion, subsection, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any
one or more other sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases may be
declared invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This ordinace shall take effect and be in force thirty days after .the date
of passage, and before the expiration of fifteen days after its passage the same
shall be published, with the names of the members voting for and against the
same, at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City
of Tiburon.
