As you know, the MCCMC has agreed to renew the contract for legislative advocacy services
with Emanuels Jones and Associates for the coming year. As the lead agency, the City of San
Rafael will prepare the contract, collect the pro-rata contract cost from each City and Town, and
forward the total payment to Mr. David Jones.
As indicated by the attached chart, your City's/Town's pro-rata share of the cost of advocacy
services is $2426.00. An invoice is attached for your payment convenience.
