NOTICE OF DISCHARGE OF ASSESSMENT LIENS
TOWN OF TIBURON
DEL MAR VALLEY UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the lien of the assessments (the "Original Assessments") for
the Del Mar Valley Utility Undergrounding Assessment District, Town of Tiburon, County of
Marin, California (the "Original Assessment District'), and pertaining to each of the parcels of
land identified on Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby
fully discharged and released. Each of said Original Assessments was levied by the Town
Council (the "Town Council") of the Town of Tiburon (the "Town") on May 18, 2005, and was
thereafter made a lien by the recording on May 31, 2005, in the official records of the County
Recorder of the County of Marin, of the Notice of Assessment (the "2005 Notice of
Assessment'), as Document No. 20050040942.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Liens pertains to
the Original Assessment levied on each of the respective parcels identified on the attached
Exhibit A. Each of these parcels was deleted from the Original Assessment District by
resolution of the Town Council of the Town adopted on May 19, 2010. Upon the recording of
this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Liens, the lien of the Original Assessment previously
established by the Town on each such parcel shall be deemed to be and the same hereby is fully
discharged and released and shall be of no further force or effect for any purpose whatsoever.
HOWEVER, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Liens
shall have no effect whatsoever upon the continued force and effect of the lien securing the
Original Assessments levied on all other parcels listed in the Exhibit A attached to and made a
part of the 2005 Notice of Assessment, and the lien of the Or iginal Assessments on each such
