APN: 058-440-32 RESOLUTION NO. 10-2010 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ACCEPT CONVEYANCE OF A CONDOMINIUM LOCATED AT 4 MARSH ROAD, TIBURON ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON WHEREAS, on March 3, 2010, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon authorized the purchase and acquisition of a condominium unit located at 4 Marsh Road, Tiburon, California; and WHEREAS, state law provides that a deed conveying an interest in land shall not be accepted for recordation without the consent of the Town evidenced by its certificate or resolution of acceptance attached to or printed on the deed or grant; and WHEREAS, the acceptance of the subject unit will benefit the residents of Tiburon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon that the Town Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to acquire title to 4 Marsh Road, Tiburon, California, including, without limitation, a certificate of the Town's consent to the conveyance.
