AND RICHARD GATTI, DBA "FURNITURE BY GATTI" FOR A
FOUNDERS TABLE FOR THE NEW TOWN HALL
This contract is hereby entered into between the Town of Tiburon and Richard Gatti, dba
"Furniture by Gatti", 75 - 14th Street, San Francisco, California, for the design, manufacture,
delivery, and installation of five (5) individual desk units, which, when linked together in a semi-
circle configuration, will provide a five seat table/desk ("Founders Table") to be used by the
Town for public meetings in the New Town Hall Council Chambers for a sum not to exceed
$12.870.
TERMS
The total cost for the manufacture, delivery, and installation of the above-described
furniture shall not exceed $12, 870, including sales tax, and shall be paid in the following manner:
Mr. Gatti shall submit bills to the Town of Tiburon's Finance Director Richard Stranzl.
The Finance Director will obtain initialed approval by either Hal Edelstein or Jim Wilson of each
billing. Payment shall be made by the Town of Tiburon within ten (10) working days as follows:

,217.50 upon execution of this contract.
- $3,217.50 upon completion of Gatti's detailed plans, specifications, and the
purchase of all required construction materials.
- $3,217.50 when construction of all units are completed and ready for
installation. (Addendum: during the period of construction, Anne
Ellinwood shall have engraved plaques made to be delivered to Gatti and
either surface mounted or inset on the writing surface of each desk, which
plaques shall carry the names of the Town's first Council, first Planning
Commission, first City Attorney, and first City Treasurer. This work to be
done by a separate craftsman and paid for personally by Ellinwood.)
- $3,217.50 payment upon approved installation in the New Town Hall Council
Chambers.
