NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
LINDA VISTA UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1994-2
TOWN OF TIBURON
COUNTY OF MARIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, the undersigned Town
Clerk of the Town of Tiburon, County of Marin, State of
California, hereby gives notice that a Diagram and Assessment
were recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works
of said Town of Tiburon, as provided in said Section, and
relating to the following described property:
The lots, pieces or parcels of land as shown on the
Assessment Diagram for Linda Vista Undergrounding
Assessment District No. 1994-2, Town of Tiburon, County
of Marin, State of California, which was filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Marin on the 12th day of March, 1996, in Book
of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities
Districts at Pagesj thereof.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that upon the recording of this notice in
the office of the County Recorder, the several assessments
assessed upon the lots, pieces or.parcels of land shall become a
lien upon the lots or portions of lots assessed, respectively.
Reference is made to the Assessment Diagram hereinabove referred
to and the Assessment Roll recorded in the office of the
Superintendent of Public Works of said Town of Tiburon on the
12th day of March, 1996. Said Assessment Roll recorded in the
office of the Superintendent of Public Works is referred to to
determine the amount of each assessment levied against each
parcel of land shown upon the assessment diagram.
A list of the name or names of the assessed owners as they appear
on the latest secured assessment roll or as known to the Town
Clerk, is attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with a
