Tiburon General Plan;. and WHEREAS, the Town Council Ands that the project is exempt from the requirements of ttae Cali{ rnia Environmental Quality Act per Section 15301 o£the CEQA Guidelines_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town o£ Tiburon does hereby approve the requested amendment to the Tiburon Highlands Precise Plaq subject to the following eossditions: 1 _ The approved building envelope: expansion for the property at 20 Upper Oeccilia Way be amended as retlected on attached Exhibit "A ", oxporated herein and made part o£this Resolution. This Precise Plan Amendment approval shall be valid for 36 months Following its ei£ective date, and shall expire unless subsequent zoxaiag and/or building permits have been issued pursuant to this approval_ A tim xtension may be granted if such request is 51ed prior to the expiration date. 4. This approval shall in no way alter other provisions o£ the Tiburon Highlands Precise Plan not speci£acally described herein.
